Capital One Partnership Inspires Future Leaders

Capital One Career Day Capital One Capital One

From hands-on STEM learning to career exploration and community investment, Capital One continues to create meaningful opportunities for girls in our programs.

Recently, participants in our Eureka! STEM Program spent an inspiring day at the Capital One campus, where they explored career pathways, strengthened their financial literacy, and connected with women leaders who shared their personal journeys and advice for future success. The day challenged participants to think like innovators as they worked in teams to design products that solve real-world problems, building creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills along the way.

The excitement reached a new level when Capital One surprised the winning team with brand-new laptops! For many participants, access to a reliable computer opens doors to STEM learning, school success, college preparation, and future career opportunities, making this gift an investment in their futures.

Capital One’s commitment to Girls Inc. Dallas extends well beyond the classroom.

The upcoming annual Capital One Golf Classic, benefiting Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County, will once again bring together hundreds of golfers and community supporters to invest in the next generation of Dallas leaders.
