Beth Myers, President of Girls Inc. Foundation
Beth Myers is a dedicated public servant with a career spanning over 30 years. Beth serves as the President of the Girls Inc. Foundation, which supports Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, one of the largest affiliates in a network of more than 70 affiliates across North America. Beth is passionate about serving her community and advancing equity so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Beth holds a master’s degree in social work administration from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate in executive business coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Erin Chupka, Executive Director of Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas
Erin Chupka is a nationally recognized advocate for youth empowerment. Her passion for helping young people has been at the center of her two decades of leadership. Recently elevated to Executive Director of Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, Erin had spent the previous eight years as Vice President of Program Services where she built high-performing teams, created innovative programs and scaled impact that resulted in unprecedented operational excellence.
