Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas (GIMD) is pleased to announce that it has named Beth Myers as President and Erin Chupka as Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025. The new organizational structure of leadership helps fully prepare the organization as it embarks on a transformational growth plan to serve 10,000 girls annually.

Beth has been instrumental serving as CEO of GIMD since 2017. The Board of Directors is extremely grateful for Beth’s accomplishments with Girls Inc. and appreciates her continued leadership in the organization. In her new role, she will focus on preparations for a capital and growth campaign, external relations with stakeholders and board governance for both Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and the Girls Inc. Foundation.

Erin brings nearly eight years of experience across all aspects of operations and business functions at GIMD and a total of 15+ years of proven organizational leadership.  In her role as Executive Director, Erin will manage all operations and functions of GIMD, implement strategies, policies and procedures, and ensure the organization meets its mission and strategic goals.

Together, Erin and Beth have been instrumental in establishing GIMD as one of the largest and most successful affiliates in the Girls Inc. federated network. During their tenure, GIMD has tripled the number of girls served annually, developed innovative programming for girls that has garnered industry recognition, and been awarded Affiliate of the Year by the national office of Girls Inc.
