Operation EmpowHER: Where Confidence Takes Shape

Operation EmpowHER: Where Confidence Takes Shape

For many high school girls, imagining life after graduation can feel overwhelming. Operation EmpowHER meets girls where they are by providing guidance, connection, and a sisterhood of support as they begin to navigate college and career pathways.

Designed for 11th and 12th grade girls in under-resourced communities, Operation EmpowHER helps participants build confidence, expand their networks, and discover the power of collaboration over competition. Through a five-unit curriculum offered during the school day and after school, girls gain practical skills and the confidence to use them.

The program comes to life during culminating events, where girls put learning into action by practicing elevator pitches, participating in mock interviews, and engaging in real-world networking alongside professionals who share their own career journeys. Volunteers don’t just teach skills; they model possibility, encouragement, and success.

Empowered girls thrive when they are surrounded by inspiring mentors, and we are grateful to the incredible financial supporters who make these moments possible. With the support of CBRE, Texas Instruments, Charles Schwab, and PepsiCo, girls are gaining access to experiences that help them see what’s possible for their futures.
